30-Day Returns

Return any unused and unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us first to arrange your return.

Faulty? Replace or refund

Got a faulty cartridge? We'll replace it or refund you, and cover the return postage. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Fast Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

How to Return an Item

Contact us via email at hello@fetchink.com.au or call 1300 707 354 to request a return authorisation.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your order number.

Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorisation.

Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Note: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened or used cartridges cannot be returned unless they are defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
