30-Day Returns
Return any unused and unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us first to arrange your return.
Free Defective Replacements
Received a defective cartridge? We'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Fast Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

How to Return an Item
- 1Contact us via email at hello@fetchink.com.au or call 1300 707 354 to request a return authorisation.
- 2Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your order number.
- 3Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorisation.
- 4Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Note: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Opened or used cartridges cannot be returned unless they are defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
