Genuine / OEM Cartridges

All genuine (OEM) cartridges are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any issues, you can claim directly with the manufacturer or contact us and we'll help facilitate the process.

Compatible / White Box

All compatible and White Box cartridges come with a 12-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If one is faulty, we'll replace it or refund you.

Will Compatible Cartridges Void My Printer Warranty?

No. In Australia, a printer maker can't refuse a warranty claim just because you used a compatible or third-party cartridge. They would have to show that the cartridge itself caused the fault. So go ahead and save. 🐾

Making a Warranty Claim

If you need to make a warranty claim, simply contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll get it sorted as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
